At the shareholder's meeting held on July 19, 2019, Mr. Joung Sik Lee and Sang Keun Lee were appointed as new members of the board of directors. Under the leadership of Prof. Yongmin Kim as the chairman, the board will empower the company to move forward especially in marketing and sales.
At the board meeting held on July 19, 2019, Mr. Jun Chang was appointed as the CEO of the company. Dr. Hun Wi, now the former CEO, will lead the R&D team in charge of performance validation and clinical applications.

BiLab's manufacturing facilities are registered as GMP compliant with the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) in Korea for the design, development, and manufacture of medical devices for physiological monitoring.
AirTom-R is approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) in Korea. It can be used by healthcare professionals in healthcare facilities for lung volume measurements.

BiLab exhibited its prototype devices at the 32nd Annual Meeting of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies (SLEEP 2018) in Baltimore from June 2 to 6, 2018. Many visitors showed high interests in BiLab’s devices for sleep apnea diagnosis using EIT technology.
